Filter media

FILTER BAGS

Wide range of filter systems for different business segments, OEMs and end users. Filter media can be produced with different surface finish/treatments and designed for specific applications and/or demand. Very low emission values and performances can be reached with KAYSER FILTERTECH filter bags.

FILTER CARTRIDGES

Pleated filter cartridges, made on custom design and specific request. Filter cartridges normally has a high cloth area relative to the filter’s height due to the pleated filtration media. They can be used in specific applications and, when properly revamped, can be installed also on existing filter units.

KAY-FOOD

Certified and approved material with compliance declaration according to Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and conforms to FDA 21 CFR §176 and/or §177. Dedicated and specific production “white/food” area in order to ensure the perfect product purity.

KAY-TEX®

In particular and specific industrial areas, fine dust and low particles must be removed in order to respect our environment and new and future regulations. KAY-TEX® ePTFE membrane products can significantly increase filter media efficiency and performances. KAY-TEX ePTFE membrane products combined with our KAY-SEAL technology can help in order to achieve the BREF requirements (best available reference document) thanks to our BAT (best available technology) product solutions.
