For decades, KAYSER® FILTERTECH has been at the forefront of such technology with our KAY.FINESSE® needlefelt concept.
When the finest particles are kept away from the depth of the needlefelt, emissions are lower, pressure drop is improved, compressed air consumption is reduced and filter bag lifetimes are longer. The dust cake does the work, preserving the filter media for a longer life. KAY.FINESSE® can also be complemented with our range of treatments to further enhance certain characteristics such as our industry-leading “Serie.90” for even better performance.
Our KAY.FINESSE® product ranges start life with the design of the filter media. However, we are also aware that this alone will not be sufficient. For this reason we are not only a filter media producer, but a full solution provider. The filter media must be converted into filter bags and the cage fit must be optimal for the application. Therefore, we have the filter bag manufacturing and filter cage production all in-house in our own facilities.
Product design is a blend of application engineering, R&D and production know-how which is provided by our dedicated team of specialists.
Finally, the customer-made solution must be put into service. To this end, we use our dedicated in-house KAY.SERVICE® installation team to make sure that the products achieve their full potential during the operational lifetime through following the correct installation, start-up and maintenance procedures.
