THE MICROPOROUS ePTFE-MEMBRANE
KAY-TEX® products are laminates using an expanded microporous PTFE-Membrane that is bonded to the surface of needlefelts, fabrics or spunbonds.
These lamiates offer highest filtration efficiency (>99,99%), superior cake release and increased airflow at lower energy consumption.
The dust do not penetrate into the support medium - needle felt or fabric - thus avoiding the clogging of the filter media.
The high anti-adhesive effect of the e-ptfe membrane means that the filter medium shall be cleaned less frequently and with less intensity, resulting in a longer filter media life with improved emission and pressure differential values.
