The performance efficiency of woven fabrics and non-wovens depends on the selection of the right raw materials, their design, the technical processing to form the filter fabric or needlefelt and finally the finishing.
Different kinds of woven fabrics and needlefelts based on all available raw materials enable us to create individual solutions.
Depending on the filtration capacity we use filter fabrics from 200 - 1100 g/m² based on staple fibre, multi-filament and mono filament yarns, combinations of these or needlefelt.
Synthetic materials are mainly PP (polypropylene), PA (polyamide), PES (polyester), PAN (polyacrylonitrile), PPS (polyphenylene sulphide), PEEK (polyetheretherketone), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).
The production of a filter medium requires a high degree of know-how and modern manufacturing plants. By continuously further developing our products, we ensure optimum filtration results.
